İADE VE DEĞİŞİM POLİTİKASI

1. Cayma Hakkı
Ürünleriniz teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade edilebilir.
2. İade Koşulları
- Ürün orijinal kutusunda ve kullanılmamış olmalıdır.
- Fatura veya fiş ibraz edilmelidir.
3. İade Süreci
- Alredaa web sitesindeki hesabınıza giriş yapın ve Siparişlerim sayfasına gidin.
- İade etmek istediğiniz siparişi seçin ve İade Talebi düğmesine tıklayın.
- İade etmek istediğiniz ürünü seçin ve iade talebini onaylayın.
- İade talepleri 7 iş günü içinde değerlendirilir. Talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra iade kodu size e-posta yoluyla gönderilecektir.
- Paketle birlikte gönderilen iade formunu doldurun ve e-postada belirtilen kargo şirketi aracılığıyla ürünü iade kodunu kullanarak gönderin.
- Ürün teslim alınıp incelendikten sonra, iade tutarı 7–10 iş günü içinde hesabınıza aktarılır.
- İade koşullarını karşılamayan ürünler reddedilecek ve müşteriye kendi masraflarıyla geri gönderilecektir.
4. Değişim
Aynı ürünün farklı beden/renk seçeneği ile mağazalarımızdan değişimi yapılabilir.
5. İstisnalar
Kişiye özel üretilen, Mayo, İç Çamaşırlar ve Abiye ürünlerde iade hakkı yoktur.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal
You may return products within 14 days from the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original box and unused.
- Invoice or receipt must be presented.
3. Return Process
- Log in to your account on Alredaa's website and go to the My Orders page.
- Select the order you wish to return and click on the Return Request button.
- Select the product you want to return and confirm the return request.
- Return requests are evaluated within 7 business days. Once approved, a return code will be sent to you via email.
- Fill out the return form attached in the package and send the product through the shipping company mentioned in the email using the provided return code.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your account within 7–10 business days.
- Products that do not meet the return conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense.
4. Exchange
Exchange for different size/color options of the same product is possible from our shops.
5. Exceptions
Custom-made, Swimwear, Underwaer and Dress products cannot be returned.

1. حق الإلغاء
يمكنك إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.
2. شروط الإرجاع
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في علبته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
- يجب تقديم الفاتورة أو الإيصال.
3. عملية الإرجاع
- قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك في موقع الرداء وانتقل إلى صفحة طلباتي
- اختر الطلب الذي ترغب في إرجاعه واضغط على طلب الإرجاع
- حدد المنتج الذي ترغب بإرجاعه واضغط على تأكيد طلب الإرجاع
- يتم تقييم طلبات الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام عمل. بعد تأكيد الطلب سيتم إرسال رمز الإرجاع إليك عن طريق البريد الالكتروني.
- قم بتعبئة استمارة الإرجاع المرفقة في الطرد وأرسل المنتج عبر شركة الشحن المسماة في البريد الالكتروني باستخدام رمز الإرجاع المرفق
- بمجرد استلام المنتج وفحصه سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى حسابك خلال 7-10 أيام عمل
- المنتجات التي لا تستوفي شروط الإرجاع سيتم رفضها وإعادتها للعميل على نفقته الخاصة
4. الاستبدال
يمكن استبدال المنتج بحجم/لون مختلف من نفس المنتج من أحد فروعنا.
5. الاستثناءات
لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو الملابس الداخلية أو ملابس السباحة أو فساتين السهرة
